I had a great experience with Edinson Electrical Solutions . As a business owner myself, customer service is extremely important to me, and I pay attention to how a company communicates and treats its customer. I originally reached out in a Facebook group looking for someone to help with adding extra lighting to my new home. Someone from the company responded right away, and when I contacted the office they were able to get me scheduled quickly and at a time that worked well for me. Erwin and Santi came out for the estimate. They were on time, professional, respectful and took the time to really evaluate what I was trying to accomplish. Being a new homeowner, there are a lot of things I simply don't know when it comes to having a new home. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, walked me through the process and gave me several different options instead of making me feel like I only have one choice. I really like that they can handle the project from start to finish. They explained their membership program as well, which includes discounts and yearly electrical checks among other things. As a new homeowner, I really like the idea of having a company I know I

Excellent service from the moment we booked an estimate until the project was done! Erwin was thorough and knowledgeable. He installed an electric box for our hot water heater connection. The whole team was extremely polite and professional. We would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them.

Edinson and his company is one of the best companies for electrical repairs. Came out yesterday to repair my electrical stuff. The team did awesome, very respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone in the lehigh valley area. And their work afterwards is phenomenal. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work.

I called Edinson Electrical Solutions based on their location and reviews … and they did not disappoint. Erwin Jr & Santi arrived on time, checked our breaker box to make sure all was in working order and quoted flat rates based on the job advising it would either be 1 rate to repair the outlet or 1 rate if they had to rewire, which were both reasonable rates. Luckily I just needed a repair but the rate was as promised. They reviewed other things I could have done but were not pushy at all which I greatly appreciated. They will be the only person I call for future electrical work. Both guys were very personable, friendly and easy going but extremely professional at the same time. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Erwin and Harold were absolutely fantastic. Courteous and clean service. Very professional. Advised me on what was needed to bring my kitchen oven up to code and accomplished my installation quickly and same day. Estimate was equal to what I paid. Very honest workers and professional experience. 10/10! Will be calling them for everything in the future for electric. Amanda, the lady who I scheduled the appointment with was also friendly and professional and answered all my questions. Overall a fantastic company, I couldn't speak highly enough of them!
